- Call the office--a live person will answer; no dial 1 for this and 2 for that.
- Have an urgent question for the doctor; one of us will call you back
- Need a same day appointment? call--you'll likely get one. If it's an emergency--you'll definitely get one.
- On time appointments? We do our best, but if we get behind it's because another patient unexpectantly needed more time (we do not overbook). If you need more time, you'll get it too!
